"I've been meaning to write this review for a while. If you need an honest mechanic this is the spot! I've been to exclusively imports a few times. They made a lifetime customer out of me. I was having some issues with my BMW 3 series drivetrain malfunction coming on and Sergio and Richard saved me thousands. I wasn't aware that my car had a sulev warranty of 150k miles on it. I have been here for oil changes and basic maintenance. But this time I knew it was something serious my car went into limp mode the engine just didn't sound right. They inspected it and let me know the bad news but also good news to follow. My timing chain was about to go out and I'm lucky it hasn't broken while driving because it could have ruined my engine. Richard let me know that my year is covered under this special warranty called sulev and that it should be covered. He even went out of his way to call Buena Park BMW and gave me a connection to set up an appointment to get my car checked. They could have easily not mentioned anything and made over 3000.00 on me to fix the issue. The BMW dealership confirmed what Richard and Sergio said and that my car would be covered under the sulev warranty. I was so happy and relieved. Sergio and Richard you have a lifetime customer. I appreciate you both! I will be calling in or texting to schedule an appointment to do a tune up soon .Thank you for everything and God bless you guys!"
