Their communication was great and Sergio is very accommodating with tight schedules. My car feels much better than before and drives almost like new. "This is about my first experience at Exclusive Imports. I have known of the shop for years. My dad remembered years ago when he and my mom owned a Volvo they had it serviced here, so I thought I would give them a shot. I made an appointment for an alignment and as soon as I arrived at the shop Sergio was on his way from the office to greet me. On the way over my car started losing coolant. The shop diagnosed the issue and resolved it efficiently. The alignment was spot on. I can't complain about the price for the work that was done. The issue: While I was in the process of paying the internet went down. The shop and I agreed to charge my card when the internet is up. Well the card got charged more than once. At first we were both extremely frustrated about the issue but Sergio never lost his cool. It took a weekend for things to get squared away. The point: I would recommend this shop to everyone. The service was great. The price was fair. An unfortunate situation occurred and"

"My husband took in my Audi A3 because we had a rat incident. A rat chewed some of the wires and hose in my engine. I had a coolant that was leaking on top of other issues. I had originally taken it to another shop but next day of having it home it was leaking again so that's when we decided to take our vehicle to Exclusively Imports Volvo. My husband explained to Sergio the problem and he also told him that he would be deploying next day so he wouldn't be around and that he wanted to make sure I had a running vehicle. I reopened my insurance claim and Sergio was so good about keeping me posted and the status of the claim and my vehicle. Once my vehicle was ready he called me up. I was having trouble finding someone that would go with me to pick up my vehicle, I explained that to him and he offered right away to help. He knew my husband was not around and that I have two little ones. He arranged for two of his guys to drop off my vehicle. I am very happy with his service and would def"
